The interplay of musicians in an ensemble thrives on the emotions and social skills of its members and is an ideal model for successful teamwork.
The MODULAR SYNTHESIZER ENSEMBLE as a teambuilding workshop is specially designed for companies, organisations and institutions that want to strengthen the work ability and cohesion of their team or managers, as it promotes creative collaboration, improves communication skills and creates a shared emotional sense of achievement that has a lasting positive influence on team dynamics.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
This teambuilding workshop is led by Gammon, a musician, music educator and has been working with modular synthesizers since the 1990s.
The MODULAR SYNTHESIZER ENSEMBLE was presented for the first time in Berlin in 2017 during SUPERBOOTH17. To date, over 270 workshops have been held in various countries. Since 2018, the MODULAR SYNTHESIZER ENSEMBLE has been an integral part of the education programme at the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE is required. (neither musical nor technical)
The objectives and duration of this teambuilding workshop can be customised.
GROUP SIZE:
6 to max. 12 participants – 12 modular synthesisers are available.
REQUIREMENTS for the premises on site:
Seminar room from approx. 50m2, 6-8 tables, 12 chairs, electricity;
Instruments, sound system and accessories are provided free of charge. (barrier-free access is an advantage)
Setting up the instruments takes approx. 2 hours, dismantling approx. 1.5 hours.
