Working in an ensemble promotes essential social skills such as communication, team spirit, empathy and conflict resolution. By working on a composition together, the members learn to listen to each other, coordinate their efforts and become more aware of group dynamics.
At the end, the resulting composition is recorded live together or presented as part of a performance.
One team, one goal!
Dr. Tim Sayer about the project at Superbooth19:
“[…] It was such a valuable experience for the students to take a technical journey to an exquisitely beautiful musical destination. Your teaching methods and technical setup were perfect for bringing people together to enjoy a very sensitive and attentive musical experience. Thank you very much, it was a highlight of our trip.
